1、    建筑專業本科或以上學歷；
2、    從事本專業設計工作7年以上，并獨立主持或承擔過大中型工程項目的設計；
3、    具有國家一級注冊建筑師資格證、高級技術職稱優先；
4、    有甲級院工作經驗，并具有豐富的建筑設計以及施工圖設計經驗；
5、    有團隊管理能力及團隊建設經驗；
6、    樂于接受新事物并具有創新意識；
7、    如有特殊才能者，以上資格標準可適當放寬。

1、Minimum  bachelor  degree  in  Architecture;
2、Minimum  7  years  of  working  experience  in  the  related  field,  management  of  medium  and  large  scale  projects  design  independently;
3、Having  country  level  1  registered  architect  certificate  and  high-level  professional  title;
4、Have  working  experience  in  the  A-class  large  institute  of  design  and  rich  experience  in  architectural  design  and  construction  documents  design;
5、Having  team  building  capacity  and  experience  of  team  building;
6、Accept  new  things  with  pleasure,  and  having  creativity  consciousness;
7、If  you  have  special  talent,  the  above  standard  could  be  extended  the  limitation.
